Birth Fest Application

We are happy to invite you to join us for the 4th annual Birth Fest. Birth Fest is a fun, free, interactive day for the whole family with information tables, local crafts & products, live music, and a wonderful space to connect with our community. Last year we welcomed almost one thousand guests to our luscious, festive Birth Fest lounge (also known as Gym D at Britannia Community Centre in east Vancouver).

Why Birth Fest?

Birth Fest was created with a vision of a truly community-centred gathering that inspires, engages, and fosters connection. We strive to keep Birth Fest affordable, local, community-centred, creative and Fun!



The cost for a full table at Birth Fest 2010 is $90 for a product or service-based businesses, and free for non-profit community organizations. We encourage table sharing to expand what BirthFest can offer - a shared table is $50, and we do our best to match you with a complementary table partner. Birth Fest is a volunteer-created festival - we strive to keep vendor prices low & accessible for local small businesses. In return, we ask that all vendors support the event by helping with promotions through blogs, newsletters, mailing lists, etc...

Due to limited space availability, all applications will be reviewed to ensure a balance of services and products offered. Criteria for selection include an exclusive focus on local companies and services, a target population of expectant and young families, and ensuring diversity of offerings to maximize what we offer our guests.

We are currently full for 2010. We are still accepting applications for the waitlist & hope to open up more tables. All those on the waitlist will receive the announcement for vendor applications in 2011.
