About Us
Birth Lounge was created with a vision of offering a virtual community of care to Vancouver families. We came together as a collective of women offering quality products and services supporting families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
We have gathered within Birth Lounge a diverse representation of some of the best our community has to offer. Each of our practices offers high quality services or products to childbearing women and their families, and we have found that our clients benefit from being part of a broader web of support with trusted professionals.
Founded in 2006, we are proud to be the hosts of the annual Birth Fest: Celebrating Bellies, Birth & Babies in collaboration with Britannia Community Centre. Birth Fest has grown into a truly community-centred event, with live music, over 50 local nonprofits and businesses, and almost one thousand happy people in attendance.
